Key Responsibilities

  1. Planning and Coordination

    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless workflow.
    • Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.

  2. Supervision and Oversight

    • Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
    • Supervise and guide construction teams to ensure efficiency and adherence to plans.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

  3. Budget and Cost Management

    • Monitor project expenses and manage cost control measures.
    • Approve project expenditures and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.

  4. Problem Solving

    • Address on-site challenges and delays to keep the project on track.
    • Resolve disputes among workers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  5. Reporting and Communication

    • Provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
