Job Description

A cabin crew member for Kenya Airways is responsible for ensuring the cabin and IFE systems meet high standards, and providing a pleasant flying experience for passengers: 
  • Pre-flight: Attend briefings, check safety equipment, and ensure the aircraft is clean
  • Passenger service: Welcome passengers, direct them to their seats, and attend to their needs
  • Customer service: Provide a high level of customer service
  • Food and drink: Serve refreshments
  • Duty-free: Sell duty-free goods
